My name is Beth, and I am a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr.)  with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) with 20 years’ experience working across public health and the food industry.

My passion for food and wellness began in my teenage years, inspiring me to pursue a fulfilling career in the field of nutrition. I began my journey by studying a BSc in Applied Human Nutrition, which enabled me to become a Registered Nutritionist dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals.

As a mother myself, I can relate to the struggles of balancing a busy daily life whilst attempting to prioritize health and wellbeing. It's not always easy to find the right balance.

Life is short, and the joy of food is one of its greatest pleasures. Food is not only a source of nourishment but also an integral part of our family traditions, social gatherings, and overall sense of happiness and wellbeing.

When it comes to my support and guidance, I focus on fostering a balanced and sustainable approach, where moderation is key, rather than promoting restriction or exclusion.

My aim is to help you enjoy food in a way that enhances your life, without the stress or guilt often associated with dieting

Throughout my career, I have provided personalized support to hundreds of patients through 1:1 clinics within both the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

My specialist areas being in Weight Management, Type 2 Diabetes prevention and remission, along with nutrition in early years and school age children.

When I’m not immersed in all things nutrition, I try to find my reset and peace in the calm of the great outdoors, whether it’s donning my boots for a walk, or going for a run through the dales. I also love spending time with my children, cooking, and enjoying the countryside around us.
